there are some training vids around with shawn sherk (sp?) doing some crazy stuff including weights, tires, sleds etc

there is also a vid of randy couture doing barbell complexes somewhere...

i think chad waterbury also has a series of articles for mma called hammer down or something, search t-nation...i know CW does a lot of mma training stuff...
