Bet/call is spew IMO.
There isn't any busted draws so unless he starts making real tricky bluffs with A high he is never bluff raising.
Its fine to be careful about b/f'ing LAGs, but when there is no hand in his range worth bluffing you shouldnt call the raise just because he is LAGGY
