Well, a good Villain knows that overpairs usually go into c/c mode after the flop on this kind of board. So i don`t know if he`s trying to take you of an overpair.
So i can`t see him valuebetting TT/JJ because it would be pretty retarted.
Maybe he`s bluffing with them and maybe he even doesn`t know he`s bluffing.
Tbh, i think you can flip a coin, but i lean strongly towards folding. I don`t see that many hands in his range which he is turning into a bluff.
And vs the other part of his range you should be toasted anyway.
