Fold or make it $75 to go, dependent on what you have seen from the Button and SB in the past. It is even very likely that the Button and SB don't even know what is going on with the straddle.
You don't want to pay $45 to start playing for $300 stacks, and you don't want to risk $45 to get the money that is in the pot + the straddler's money unless you can fold out the other players.
I would usually just fold here. If it's an unusually tight game I raise knowing I am paying for advertising.
