Well, not without a read. He either wants to bully you out or he thinks: I have the nuts, I go all-in or he has a very good hand and thinks you will call anything and just pushes. 2 of those alternatives aren't good for you. That's why I said it'd be neat to know how he got his stack. If you were shorter, you could assume that he is bullying you with more ease. But you are very deep as well. So if he doesn't think you are scared to lose your stack, he probably wants your monies. And the board is so coordinated, that it would be a really couragous bluff.

So fold and watch him closely if he is one of those guys who just overbet any pot with anything to bully people around.
