This sounds like a hand from a Sweedish tournament. Doesn't it?

If Friberg has been raising every hand, it seems reasonable to reraise. AQo is not a really good hand with 400xBB, as the flop situation indicates.

I would just call the flop and generally call him down all the way if he keeps betting.
