is there not a time scale to hand in old notes.like the old notes get withdrawn from circulation and cease to be legal tender? jow does it work in the usa? in britain when they change notes significantly you have to hand them back to the bank or your stuck with worthless bits of paper.

i see i can see how its the number one counterfieted currncy in the world, pretty weird system if you ask me.maybe its cheaper to spend money catching fruadsters rather than burning old notes and printing new ones, thats a lot of $$$$ to print thinking about it now.
