Reread what I said. I said small edges that are only there every once in a while. In other words his hand is rarely good here and when it is good it is only a small edge. At 10NL there is no point to gamble with this tight of a player who most often has him beat. It is sometimes a small edge he will have but not enough to make it worthwhile. I apologize if I didn't word it well enough originally but we are essentially saying the same thing.
