Fold third. Your kicker is not live, and there's an ace out, active in the hand.
Nines are the worst possible brick pair to begin with; and I personally ditch any unimproved brick pair whenever a low-looking opponent catches an ace. Maybe that's too tight, but I'm making money playing brick pairs the way I play them.
