I have a hard time getting away unless I've got some reason to believe he's 3-betting you pretty tight there, like {JJ+,AK} or tighter. If he's decent, he's probably 3-betting 22-77 some of the time and most of that is calling a shove (?). I don't like calling becuase I don't think a 3.5 AF player super-spews with nothing on the turn to make up for the times you're crushed and get stacked anyway.
