If asked your opinion, be very careful about saying too much. If he ends up marrying this chick, you do NOT want to be the guy who told him what a huge mistake he was making. You can make it pretty clear that you are concerned, but there is a line you shouldn't cross.
If he doesn't ask your opinion, STFU.
