a thought regarding hand2's flop cbet, in HSNL there was a very good thread about a 200/400 hand between aba and whitelime, where whitelime is the PFR has an UI hand HU in position, bldswttrs talks about how you can't cbet all the time with nothing, because it is also a flop that the other player can c/r bluff you off your hand very easily
so I've been thinking about how it applies to smallstakes fullring games, where the players aren't very tricky. its possible that you can get away with cbetting 100% of the time because the villian isn't ever thinking about your hand range, and thus folding way too often
it doesn't hit him very often obviously, but likewise I'm often betting without a pair, so he should be bluff checkraising a decent amount of the time
