Default Re: Data-mining on Party

[ QUOTE ]
Hi,

right, this is my first post on 2+2, sorry it's a boring one

Does anyone know for sure whether you can data-mine on Party (using PT). i have heard constrasting info on this, they say 'No' on the PT forum but i found this site...how genuine is this, is it even legal?

It is genuine! It's me who made it and I also made sure it was open source (ie: so you, or a coder you trust, could investigate the code and build your own version if you so wanted...).

As far as being legal is concerned, I cannot say for sure. All I can say is that alot of people use it and have used it over the last few months and nobody to my knowledge has had any trouble because of it. Somebody in the Zoo forum actually sent it to alerts@partypoker.com along time ago (so Party are 100% aware of it and have made no attempt to plug the loophole that it uses).

Even so, use at your own risk...
