I've only ever seen one hand at Hard Rock where a chop was possible, and I was the SB. The dealer took my $1 chip and dropped it. I would not be surprised if this was a dealer-to-dealer thing, but I wasn't about to call the floor and look like the king of nits over a white chip.

I guess my point is, with the caliber of players at Hard Rock, chopping blinds will be extremely rare. 99% of the time, someone limps.
