QQ wins 58%
JJ wins 50%
AK wins 50%
TT wins 44%
99 wins 37%

So, surprise, AK and JJ are equivalent against that range and both +ev because of the dead money.

Now do we really want to add worse hands to villain's range? I would argue that villains that push more hands are balanced by villains that push fewer hands...


Change my answer to AK, JJ+, and TT is 0ev because of the dead money
