The gaming board got wind of what was going on and shut he BIG games down at Hard Rock in Tampa and Hollywood.
They were forced to go down to $100 min. AND max buy in like the tracks.
Hopefully they will be allowed to spread what they want if the Class III is worked out to allow full poker and Table games, these games fall under class III but as the other poster mentioned not a right under Class III unless allowed elsewhere in the state since Class III slots are allowed (Broward) Florida was ordered to work out deal regarding Class III slots.
Keep your fingers crossed that a deal is worked out on poker and Table games at the same time.
