Easy to say this with hindsight, but on the flop you should realise that your opponent doesn't have the stack to effectively triple barrel.

Given this you should probably maximise the fold equity with a pot sized bet on the flop. You can then make a biggish bet on the turn if you choose and save yourself $100 if he calls/pushes.

As for the river, a thinking villian (if he is one) may well conclude that you are pushing the bluff and str8 sides of your distribution only - as you are likely to check behind trips/2p here (no?). This increases the probability you are bluffing enough to make the smallish call with villians likely holding.
