I think Ft. Collins Colorado is a great fit for your criteria. It's a college town, lots of places to ski and drink, lots of hot women, affordable housing, and a great atmosphere. I've only been there twice (my brother went to Colorado) but I had a great time. I'd imagine 600K would get you something pretty badass, you could probably find something cheaper that would fit your needs.
