turn call is fine as you often have 10 outs, and can probably give yourself 7-8 on average (discount Js for when he has a T).
river is close to a call since he is so aggro. if you haven't seen a SD against him I think its fine to call and make a note, but usually i think this is a fold. pretty much all of his semi-bluffs hit a pair.
river raise bluffs are bad in this spot for 3 reasons: 1) people don't fold much at 2/4 for 1 more BB unless they already had a worse hand than AJ UI. 2) players who play with 60/20 pf numbers don't often fold on the river for 1 more BB & 3) this card really doesnt look like it hits you very often since a T or diamonds aren't a large part of your range (ie he probably puts you on UI overs which is exactly what you have).
