Hit the 'flats' for various bars and good times.
Hit the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame one of the afternoon you are there when you aren't getting blitzed in the flats.

There are other bars and restaurants all around Jacobs Field/Quicken Loans Arena area to choose from and obviously the area should be quite hopping when the Indians are in town but I don't have any specific recommendations.
