My guess in order of likelihood is: six > small pair > nine > a random ace/overs > big pair > air. I call here for sure.
As for 3betting, my standard is 3x, but I think you need to adjust it to stack sizes. I usually make mine larger in the early stages and a bit smaller as the blinds go up until it is reasonable to push.
