I did forget to mention that there is a hand that I will forever think of as the "Mille Lacs." I saw this monster played in the same exact manner three times that night, so it must be some local tradition. The Mille Lacs is JKo, and it is played thusly:

When you get the Mille Lacs in your BB and you have 5+ limpers, raise the Mille Lacs $10 to make it $12 to go. You will be called by anyone limping with Axo, KQ or any pair. Most of the T4s and J8o hands, but not all, will fold. Post-flop, pretend you have AA. Playing the Mille Lacs this way will maximize your chances of losing as many chips as are possible in a 2-10 SL game.
