When a new player sits down at my Party 15/30 table I am about 80% likely to already have stats for him. And if I have a lot of data on Cutoff the odds are that TAG SB has something similar.
Anyway my point is that this is what you need to be looking at the next time such a situation arises. I didn't know whether Hero had no read or merely failed to include it, but from an educational perspective the idea is still useful.
