Edit - I found it, but I had to browse the whole thread.

That is a "Waffle" deck, by 2+2'er Waffle.

He hasn't made a deck since they started using 7 different sized images. I re-sized one of his decks, but didnt actually make it. i didnt make/have a copy of the cardsmall.png either.



* My version 13.4/13.5 is very similar in style to the Waffle deck.
