Heart draw, 10/J-A, A6, 99, possibly 54...who knows

Just ran this through Pokerstove and giving my three opponents this range, I have 25% equity.

We just disagree then. The only way for A6 to take advantage of his limited equity is by seeing another card. Bet the turn and he won't have a chance. Same with 99. Same with JT. Same with a heart draw. Combined they have plenty of equity against you, but with a healthy bet most will fold, maybe 1 makes a bad call.

If you check call the turn how do you avoid calling off your whole stack anyhow. If the turn checks through and a 2h or a 9 or a K come on the river, what is your plan?

If you lost or made an accidentally correct fold to a flukey hand, it happens. I can't check here.
