How old are you spechel? When you say it's under your shoulderblade, does that mean the pain is "deep" to the shoulder blade or lower on the back than your shoulderblade? Any rash, fever, cough, headache? Pain is on one side of your back or both sides? Moving your arm around make the pain worse (assuming no shirt rubbing on it)? Put any weird creams on your back recently?
If you're at least 30 and have ever had chicken pox, the shingles would be my first guess. See your doc if it gets worse or doesn't get better in the next few days. This is not medical advice, blah blah. Hope you feel better soon.
