My own thoughts:

Preflop:
I think you can make a case for both folding and reraising, but against an unknown I think the only thing a reraise accmomplish is folding out worse hands and comitting chips against the hands that have us dominated.

Flop:
Think I might have butchered it up on the flop [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
But the dry texture and the cbet just made my spider-sense tingle, is C-F really the best line here? What about C-C, C-R or just leading out?
