Default 200NL live, deepstacked and drunk. Fold a boat?

Somewhat drunken 6-handed home game, but certainly not easy competition. Opposition is overall extremely LAG; villain in this hand is the toughest player at the table, and will almost always have the goods when the pots get big. We play deepstacked .25-.50 with optional straddles and double straddles; stacks are all between 100 and 250.

In this hand, effective stacks are ~200; no straddle.

MP Calls .50
Button raises to 3.00
I call out of the SB with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP Calls the 2.50

Flop: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet out 7.00 and am called by both players.

Turn: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check,
MP bets 7.50
Button calls 7.50
I raise to 37.50,
MP Folds,
Button calls.

River: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], completing the 4-flush.

I throw out a 50 dollar bill and am raised all-in. Not much of a physical read here - a bit too much bourbon by this point. The raise here is about 130 more.

Can we call here??

Also, I will admit the check-raise on the turn was small, but think the play there was correct, given that I do that a ton with good combo draws. I may have check-raised small because of the size of the MP turn bet - I certainly wanted action there with the nuts.

Any comments on river play would be appreciated.
