I don't think JJ is strong enough to call a shove on this flop. If you plan on getting the chips in on any flop that doesn't have an A, K or Q in it then 3-bet preflop. I'd fold if your opponent 4-bets you pre unless you have a strong read.
Also, be the one shoving the flop, not vice versa, so that means bet the flop and shove over the top of a raise. You want to fold out overcards (AK/AQ/KQ), and you're not getting that when you call an all-in on the flop.
