Another Suggestion is to delete all the DRM licenses (and the cache) from "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM" - I think that's the correct location, but if you search for DRM in Windows you'll find it.
This will force the videos to obtain a new license, which hopefully works properly.
Other possibilities are installing various codec packs - I'm not sure how much I trust those [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
