Default BvB against a 2p2er

Villain is a known 2p2er. I have him running at about 16/13, but I'm pretty sure he's capable of making moves. Didn't figure he had a flush very often because a) it's bvb and no one ever has anything, and b) he just called the flop.

Standard? Can I ever just call here, and if so, what am I doing on the river?
