Yes, you'll need to register the temporary card. If you are unable to do so, call the number for the card and see what's up. Once you register the temporary card, you'll have to wait for them to mail you the actual Visa. The whole process was a bit tedious, but useful if for some reason you didn't want to use e-passporte.
