Hand 1 - on the flop you have 9 outs to the nut flush, how could you be way behind? Just bet for value. As played, your river play seems fine.
Hand 2 - getting all in with AK for < 50 bb is fine. Watch out though, because some donks only reraise/limp-reraise with a very tight range. Flat call is bad imo - your hand really wants to see all five cards.
