Here's my reasoning:
UTG+1 is probably some half-stack donk, so I'm not too worried about him. If he has me beat, then so be it.
By making a small raise, I'm trying to force out the third guy, who probably has a flush draw. Getting heads-up with the 50BB donk increases my equity. If BTN 3-bets turn it's an easy fold for me.
