As played river is a fold I think. You should raise the flop to $5 and really punish this guy for donking into you with trash or a draw, which is what weak flop donks are 99% of the time at this level as larry said. Bet the turn and fold to a c/r. If villian calls and checks the river value-bet it as very rarely will villians check the river with a lock hand.
