Small Blind is 20/10/3 over 150 hands. His stats are a little misleading because he folded his first 20 hands or so, then played more aggressively since. He's straight forward & not a bad player.
I'm playing 28/16/3.5, TAG in early position & LAGish in late position & in the blinds. I'm also taking a lot of stabs at flops & then laying down to re-raises without hands/draws.

My reads: The SB has to have some sort of hand to defend & then bet. Maybe 99-JJ. Think he would re-raise preflop with KK,QQ. Could have big suited connecter & be on heart draw. Could put me on a steal & be aggressively defending. Did not want to call, felt push or fold.
Thoughts?
