1/4 cup of "fried apples" (fact, not actaully fried, just cooked in butter with brown sugar.
2/3rd cup Waldorf Salad
1.5 cups fantastic green salad my mom made.
1 cup candied yams
1/3rd cup roasted butternut squash
1 slice chocolate pecan pie with ice cream
1 slice pumpkin pie with whipped cream
3-5 glasses of red wine
