I really am lost in this spot as well. A turn raise is easier for people to fold, because they know they have to call 2 more bets to see if they are good, where a river raise only means 1 more bet closing the action. But you would hate to lose action from AK/AQ if a J or T or diamond hits river.
In this exact situation, I would lean toward raising turn, because AQ makes up a huge part of her range since she cold called preflop, and if she has 77 and threebets, even better.
