hand 1.) because of the "dead" money in the pot, this is an easy call.. even if you'd know he have KK it might be a call(push), not that bored to calculate it though hehe.
hand 2.) this is an obvious call since villain would never do this with AA/KK & risk "wasting" his uber-premium hand... even the biggest donkeys wont do that. Either your racing or dominating in this spot.
