For hand 1, if they are both bad players, I think we should value bet here after a brick riv. I would be betting about 200.
Hand 2 is a bit difficult and read dependent. He has pretty nitty stats, but his flop cbet looks very weak and I would be inclined to raise it (I don't like calling b/c I don't want to give him a free chance to hit overs and a lot of bad cards in general can hit turn to make us very unconfident about our hand). I'd be raising to like 500, which commits us to the hand, so I would be calling shoves. As I said, it's read dependent.
