Raising preflop on the button to isolate the limper to play heads up with a primary goal of winning on a continuation bet is fine. BUt I'd also think that limping to see a cheap flop on the button vs 4 players (since the blinds would come along) would be good too.

Good point. Raising limpers is fine, but I'm a bit more reluctant to raise a UTG limper without any reads.

Also, I raise more on the turn.
