I would either call or raise a committing amount ($160 or so). Against most players I would raise, but against this guy I favour calling since his pfr is relatively low so he's pretty likely to have a real hand raising UTG.

So vs a villain showing 24/18 stats, you'd raise and commit yourself even if he raised UTG?

Actually come to think of it maybe not, since this is a 3 way pot any bet he makes automatically represents a little more strength. I think most of what I said applies to heads up pots or vs. a non UTG raiser.
