The way this year is going, its not out of the realm of possibility...what I'm saying is if its OSU and KU with 1 loss and a bunch of 2 loss teams, does USC have the best chance of getting in the NC?

No, but they should because they're better than any of the other 2-loss teams. The computers hate them, though.
