The main issue with your 4-bet amount is that most players would feel committed post-flop and would have difficulty laying down QQ when a disaster board (e.g. AKJ) hits. If you can bet the $200 and fold, then fine. If not, then a $150ish 4-bet makes pressing the abort button a lot easier.
