Glad this had a happy ending, I can imagine how unnerving it would be to go through what you have gone through today.
However, this is just one more situation that reinforces lack of confidence in FT. They were undoubtedly protecting Ryanski's account when they did this, which is good. But not sending an email (or not being able to answer his emails) at the same time is unbelievably stupid. It would take seconds to send someone a form letter, just to avoid what happened here. Forget treating customers who pay 100K+/year in rake like they're valuable,just do it to avoid the bad pub.
FT, pull your head out of your ass. I'll never play your site, but your terrible service is pushing winning players to other sites, making my life more difficult
