Looks like OP made a second account for rakeback which is against the site rules so they locked his accounts to investigate whethere there was any kind of cheating going on.

Sigh, this was not the case. I already receive rakeback. The new account was created today strictly to be able to chat to a FT pro. I know no person that I could call on the phone or something to help me out this way, which would have saved the hassle of creating a new account.
I just want to extend my thanks to everyone that helped out. I guess I made a big stink of things, I don't know, but thanks a lot everyone.
