As previously asked, do you have a firewall? This is what screwed my when my account was hijacked and took my money. I didn't have firewall enabled through XP and didn't have firewall protection from my router because i stopped using it for some stupid reason Ill leave out. Do you use a router? or do you just plug directly though a cable modem? If you have XP, check your firewall settings and make sure they are on (should be a green light if on red if off.
