looks like a set of nines to me. but half of your stack is in the pot. If you plan on raising this flop you have to call a shove because you are so short with a hand like TPTK. I would reload to a full stack as much as I can to ensure that I get max value for my good hands as well as give me a chance to get away from a situation like this.
