I dont get it. Why should you give a beginner the right odds for drawing ? If he calls anyway then you will win in the long run and that is everything what seperates you from the bad players. However, if the blinds are too high to survive a loose to such a draw then push or fold.

At what point did i say anything about draws of the other players? i'm saying that stuff like bet/3bet all-in with 1 or 2 overs + flushdraw isn't always the best play, since they're not folding top pair or even middle pair with a decent kicker. The correctness of this move depends on FE as well, which you have not at all against players like this.
