If this was 100% to be a flip, you should always do it, but it usually isn't a flip.

Agreed - the times it's not a flip + the times it is a flip and he wins and just leaves = why expose yourself to it. It's not like getting money out of the guy is hard @ 67/2... I'd happily flip a nit all day for 75bb but this guy...meh.
